Finding the right mentor to provide support and guidance as you prepare to compete in the workforce is critical to your success. <\/span><\/p>\nAs part of the RI C-AIM Career Development Program, Metcalf Institute will hold the first CDP “Circle of Conversation,” an an informal gathering to discuss professional development topics.
