As an admitted URI student, when you attend Level Up!<\/strong> you will connect with other new students in similar majors, further develop your pre-calculus skills, and learn more about campus so you are ready to begin at URI in the fall. Our goal is to provide you with engaging, interactive academic and social opportunities to bring your math proficiency from pre-calculus to calculus, which will better prepare you for a successful fall semester.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This two-week, on-campus program offers you a unique opportunity to strengthen your math skills through intentional instruction and support from teaching assistants. Data shows that STEM majors who begin college with a foundation in calculus are more likely to achieve academic success!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

At no cost to you<\/strong>, the program includes math instruction; housing in Hillside Residence Hall; access to the dining halls for free daily breakfast, lunch, and dinner; as well as activities on and off campus. Connect with other students during special events, e-sports, a beach day, craft nights, food trucks, a movie night, trivia, and networking events with employers who hire URI interns and graduates with your majors! <\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
