MS Dietetics (Online)
Overview
The MS in Dietetics Program is a 100% online non-thesis degree program that allows you to obtain your MS in just 14 months.
The program consists of 11 courses completed over seven, 7-week sessions. The coursework provides you with the academic background to apply to practice settings.
All courses are taught by faculty members with graduate degrees.

Sodexo Dietetic Internship Track
The program provides academic training for students who are currently completing a Sodexo Dietetic Internship program. Courses complement internship rotations to provide comprehensive study in each area of dietetics. Practicum credits will be awarded for select internship assignments and experiences.
Sodexo Registered Dietitian Nutritionist Track
The success of the internship track has led to the creation of a track for Sodexo RDNs. The program is a generalist MS degree program covering all areas of dietetics and is best geared towards RDNs within their first five years of practice. RDNs will complete the same courses as the interns but will be in their own section. An individualized learning plan will be created in the first class and RDNs are able to substitute a unit in each of the clinical and management classes with an individualized learning experience that is tailored to future career goals. Previous internship experience will count for practicum credits.
Please note that completion of the MS in Dietetics Online Program does not lead to the Registered Dietitian (RD) credential or state licensure.
