The laboratory is equipped with the latest hardware and instruments for system dynamics and vibrations modeling, simulation, and tasting including:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator is-style-default\" \/>\n\n\n<div class=\"cl-wrapper cl-boxout-wrapper\"><div class=\"cl-boxout right  \"><h1>Software Licensing and Computer Usage Policy and Guidelines for NLD<\/h1>\n\n<p>This <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/web.uri.edu\/nld\/software-licensing-and-computer-usage-policy-and-guidelines\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Nonlinear Dynamics Laboratory\u2019s (NLD\u2019s) computer usage policy<\/a><\/strong> outlines the guidelines for properly using its computers and the University of Rhode Island\u2019s (URI\u2019s) network and internet.<\/p>\n\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>LDS and VTS electromagnetic shakers<\/li><li>Data Physics dynamic signal analyzers<\/li><li>Various digital oscilloscopes, arbitrary signal generators, and power supplies<\/li><li>Analog and digital programmable filters<\/li><li>Various PCB accelerometers and signal conditioners including 8-channel 498M06<\/li><li>Vishay 10-channel and portable 4-channel strain gauge amplifiers and conditioners<\/li><li>Keyence laser vibrometers<\/li><li>Couple LabView based data acquisition workstations with National Instruments based DAQ systems<\/li><li>Two high-power computer server\/workstations for CAD, FEA, and simulations<\/li><li>Other miscellaneous tools such as digital cameras, strobe lights, and modally-tuned
