My research focuses on colonial and postcolonial state-society relations, conflict, peace and security studies, border studies, social movements, and the Pashtun and Baloch resistance movements in the peripheries of Pakistan. I have published over a dozen articles in leading international English journals. Additionally, I have received Level 1 training in &#8220;Kingian Nonviolence and Conflict Reconciliation&#8221; from the Center for Peace and Conflict Studies at the University of Rhode Island, USA.
