This past year I took a class titled The Psychology of Violence and Nonviolence where I was first introduced to the concepts of Nonviolence. From there I sought out to learn more and recently completed a course with Paul Bueno de Mesquita in Nonviolence training. Internal conflict of the spirit is a topic addressed in Nonviolence that interests me greatly.
