The Cooperative Extension’s 4-H Program offers projects, events, and opportunities for children and teens ages 5 to 18, as well as volunteer opportunities for adults.<\/p><\/div><\/div>

URI Watershed Watch<\/h2>

A scientist-led volunteer water quality monitoring program.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/a><\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Departmental resources include spatial analysis and graphics capabilities in our Environmental Data Center<\/a> and the Laboratory for Terrestrial Remote Sensing<\/a>; 21st Century chemical analysis laboratories; state-wide teaching and research sites including several State and Federal wildlife management areas; and the Kingston Wildlife Research Station, the longest running bird banding monitoring station in the United States.
