As Administrator, Grid Modernization and Systems Integration for Rhode Island Office of Energy Resources, Dr. Gill primarily focuses on statewide systems-level integration in order to advance state policy goals. She works closely with all electric and natural gas utilities in Rhode Island, collaborates across agencies, and engages stakeholders around focus areas of distribution system planning, grid modernization, non-wires solutions, energy efficiency, program evaluation, and climate resilience.<\/p>\n<p>Dr. Gill also serves on the Statewide Planning Council\u2019s Technical Advisory Committee.
