Department chairs and peers can use this fillable <a href=\"https:\/\/web.uri.edu\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/1970\/Online-Course-Evaluation-Fillable-Rubric-Brightspace-1-2-1.xlsx\">Online Course Evaluation Rubric<\/a> to evaluate online courses as they would for an on campus course.&nbsp;The rubric may be used as is or customized to fit your department\u2019s specific needs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The rubric is divided into three sections:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Course Site Design includes ease of navigation, consistency, and logic in navigating the Brightspace site.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Instructor Communication includes an evaluation of instructor accessibility, timeliness, and communication with students.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Content Delivery examines instructor to student engagement, peer to peer engagement, and student engagement with the course material.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n<a class=\"cl-button   prominent\" href=\"https:\/\/web.uri.edu\/online\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/1614\/Online-Course-Evaluation-Fillable-Rubric-Brightspace-1-2-1.xlsx\" title=\"\">download rubric here<\/a>\n\n\n<p>Questions?
