The URI Office of Strategic Initiatives, in partnership with the College of Business<\/a>, offers certification in Lean Six Sigma (LSS) Yellow, Green, and Black Belts. Lean Six Sigma is recognized globally for enhancing operations and business strategies through data-driven project management.<\/p>\n

LSS certification demonstrates proficiency in using data for problem-solving, rectifying process defects, and minimizing waste.
