The perspective and conversation in this session shifts from \u201cMe\u201d to \u201cWe\u201d to assist participants with understanding how they \u201cshow up\u201d in a team setting as well as what each individual\u2019s needs are from the team<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td>Advanced Strengths<\/td>\n<td>While Introduction to Strengths and Intermediate Strengths will be more generalized workshops for a wider audience, Advanced Strengths workshops will be more catered to specific goals of participants.&nbsp; Options include:<br \/>\n\u2013 Applying Strengths in your Family Leadership<br \/>\n\u2013 Connecting Strengths and Identity<br \/>\n\u2013 Strengths &amp; Values: How Your Strengths and Values inform your \u201cWhy\u201d<br \/>\n\u2013 Utilizing Strengths in Collegiate Peer Leadership<br \/>\n\u2013 Developing your Strengths as an Athlete<br \/>\n\u2013 Strengths-based Teaching<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td>Custom Workshops<\/td>\n<td>Custom Strengths workshops will be designed for your specific group or organization and can range from 2 hours to a full day program or workshop series.&nbsp; All groups must start with Introduction to Strengths content, however our coaches can tailor these workshops to meet your specific needs if you have an intact group looking to go through the process together.&nbsp; Some options in these areas may be a combined Introduction and Intermediate workshop, working through a specific team development series or issue from a strengths perspective, or working strengths into your community vision and values.&nbsp;<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<\/figure>\n<h2><strong>Program Implementation<\/strong><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Time Commitment:<\/strong> Individual coaching sessions are typically 1 hour. Introduction to Advanced group workshops are 1-2 hours. Durations of custom workshops will vary, with Strengths-Based Organization trainings spanning multiple days.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Cost:<\/strong> Our team will work with you to discuss costs of access codes for the CliftonStrengths Assessment, as well as coaching fees. Costs will vary depending on the level of customization.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><strong>Why Choose This Program<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><strong>Trusted experts<\/strong>. Our Gallup-Certified Strengths Coaches go through a certification process that includes an intensive Gallup Global Strengths Coach course, passing an exam, and coaching several individuals who then provide evaluation of coaching skills through Gallup\u2019s system. Coaches must go through the Gallup recertification process every two years.
