In the form, you can indicate which semester (Fall, Spring, or Summer) time frame works best for you.<\/p>\n<p>Our form <strong>REQUIRES<\/strong> your supervisor\u2019s contact email and phone number. Make sure you have that information to enter into the designated fields.<\/p>\n<p>Obtaining <strong>YOUR SUPERVISOR&#8217;S APPROVAL<\/strong> is necessary for class enrollment and to ensure that you will be given the opportunity at your state licensed facility to complete three observed medication passes. This is a mandatory requirement for obtaining your state license.<\/p>\n<p>Once your name is submitted, you will be contacted via email regarding the next steps in the registration process.<\/p>\n<h2>Registration<\/h2>\n<p>The next MedTech training for Fall 2026 will be held <strong>Sept. 9 through Dec. 16, on Wednesdays from 6:00 &#8211; 9:00 p.m. via Zoom.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>If you have not done so already, please complete the <a href=\"https:\/\/forms.gle\/GBoSzNXXnVGLKd2E6\">inquiry form<\/a> to be put on our waiting list for our next upcoming class.<\/p>\n<p>*Class size is a cohort program maxed at 18.<br \/>\n*Class fees may be waived pending grant provided through the RI DLT Real Jobs Program.<\/p>\n<p>Upon acceptance into the program, you will receive a registration form via email that you would need to complete in its entirety and email back to us.<\/p>\n<p><strong>COST<\/strong>: Program fee and textbooks are fully funded by the RI DLT grant.
