My goal is to be visible, out and supportive to LGBTQ students and employees at URI and in the student affairs profession.<\/p>\n<p>My research, teaching and service all include LGBTQ topics and people. My teaching and research both include a focus on oppression, advocacy and activism of LGBTQ college students, staff and faculty.
