We are interested in learning more about how parenting beliefs might impact family relationships and child development. You are eligible to participate in this online study if you are a parent of a 3, 4, or 5 year old child. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Participants will be given a $25 E-gift card to Amazon if 90% or more of the survey is completed. The survey can only be taken once. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dr. McGregor will be accepting graduate students through the Health Science Ph.D. program for the 2025-2026 academic school year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Research Opportunities for Undergraduate Students<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

We are recruiting undergraduate research assistants to work with us on our on-going research projects. Research assistants can earn up to 3 credit hours, per semester, toward their undergraduate degree.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Joining our research lab offers undergraduates invaluable hands-on experience. As a research assistant, you’ll delve into the core of our projects, gaining the opportunity to collect primary data, conduct interviews with both parents and children, master data entry software, analyze data sets, and even co-author published manuscripts. This immersive experience not only enhances your academic journey but also provides a solid foundation for future endeavors that will prepare you to thrive in graduate school and the workforce.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Prospective undergraduate research assistants should consider joining our lab if they are passionate about exploring real-world issues through empirical research, eager to gain practical research skills, and excited about contributing to meaningful projects with the potential for publication.
