IT Services<\/h1><\/p>\n

IT services provide by the college include the following. Services are coordinate by Ian Lester<\/a>.\n\n\n\n\t\n\t\n\t\n\t\n\t\n\t\n\t\n\t\n\t\n\t\n\t\n\t
Day-to-day IT Support<\/B><\/td>Resolve IT problems with faculty and staff's computer, printers and other associated peripherals.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
New Faculty and Staff<\/B><\/td>Assist with on-boarding of new faculty and staff which includes specification and deployment of their IT related equipment.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
IT Purchases<\/B><\/td>Consult on IT purchases for existing faculty and staff and assist with the deployment of new new equipment.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
Need Reviews<\/B><\/td>Provide scheduled IT needs reviews with faculty and staff either individually or in groups.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
Network File Storage<\/B><\/td>Manage the College's network storage infrastructure.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
Conference and Teaching Spaces<\/B><\/td>Maintain the IT\/AV infrastructure in conference rooms and teaching spaces and consult on upgrades to those spaces.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
Training<\/B><\/td>Provide or arrange group and individual training on the various IT solutions that are available to faculty and staff in the collaborative.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
Web Development<\/B><\/td>Team members collaborate with the Communications staff on website development and management.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
Hybrid Teaching & Meeting<\/B><\/td>Manages the technology infrastructure to support the college's hybrid teaching and meeting needs.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
Electronic Exams<\/B><\/td>Assists with the support for classroom based electronic exams delivered though Examsoft.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
Compliance<\/B><\/td>Work with the URI Office of Intformation Security to assist with compliance with information security standards including HIPPA and FERPA.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
Initiatives<\/B><\/td>Consult with Collaborative faculty and staff on new IT related initiatives.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<\/p>\n
