Youngken, Jr. Pharmacy Clinic on Nov. 2, offering pharmacists and pharmacy technicians valuable continuing education credits, and featuring some of the leading voices in pharmaceutical science and education.<\/p>\n<p>The 66<sup>th<\/sup> annual edition of the conference hosted by the <a href=\"https:\/\/web.uri.edu\/pharmce\/\">URI Office of Healthcare Workforce Development<\/a> will be presented as a hybrid in-person and virtual event. The program runs from 8:15 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. on Thursday, Nov. 2 at the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.google.com\/maps\/place\/Radisson+Hotel+Providence+Airport\/@41.7251955,-71.4426675,17z\/data=!3m1!4b1!4m9!3m8!1s0x89e44c28f07cd773:0xadee73dd6ddc4d3a!5m2!4m1!1i2!8m2!3d41.7251915!4d-71.4400926!16s%2Fg%2F1wrtdwc8?entry=ttu\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Radisson Airport Hotel, 2081 Post Road, Warwick<\/a>. It will also be presented virtually via Zoom. Attendees will receive an emailed link to the Zoom meeting upon registering for the conference. <a href=\"https:\/\/web.uri.edu\/pharmce\/64th-annual-heber-w-youngken-jr-last-chance-pharmacy-clinic\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Click here for more information and to register<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>In addition to insightful discussions and lectures on some of the key pharmaceutical issues facing the profession today \u2014 including Hepatitis C, \u201cdiabesity,\u201d immunization updates, and more \u2014 the program will offer five live contact hours of continuing pharmacy education credit.<\/p>\n<p>Presenters include URI College of Pharmacy <a href=\"https:\/\/web.uri.edu\/pharmacy\/meet\/lynn-taylor\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Professor Lynn Taylor<\/a>, CVS Health Fellows Riley Evans and Benjamin Jones, Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences Professor Jennifer Goldman, and Brown University Clinical Pharmacy Specialist Kelly Sanzen, among others.
