After investigating subjects as varied as cerebral palsy, cancer, Alzheimer\u2019s Disease, depression, neonatal opioid exposure, and many more, dozens of University of Rhode Island College of Pharmacy students showed off their research projects during the fourth annual Student Research Showcase in the lobby of Avedisian Hall on April 25.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Faculty members reviewed the research and issued awards for the top projects in each of four departments in the college. See a gallery of all winners below, pictured with Associate Dean for Research and Graduate Education Niall Howlett, along with their faculty mentor. Award winners include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
