This activity will address routes of administration, pharmacokinetics, and pharmacodynamics across multiple medications and delivery devices, with particular emphasis on updated clinical guidelines and emerging biologic therapies. It will also target identified gaps in pharmacists\u2019 ability to accurately recognize and assess acute pericarditis, differentiate it from other causes of chest pain, and implement guideline-directed pharmacologic management\u2014especially in patients with contraindications or complex comorbidities. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The overarching educational goal is to enhance pharmacists\u2019 competence in interpreting diagnostic criteria and disease staging, and in developing evidence-based, patient-specific treatment plans that align with current (ESC) guidelines.<\/p>\n\n\n
