Once a faculty member has <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/docs.google.com\/forms\/d\/e\/1FAIpQLSd5D2qwW6NtNnXG2pUkzjVQJQ1FcOgpLheUccByVFWzNRiacg\/viewform?usp=sf_link\" target=\"_blank\">initiated the Sabbatical Leave Application process<\/a>, their respective Department Chair and College Dean will be notified. When a faculty member has completed their sabbatical leave application, the Department Chair will be notified via an email from Interfolio, and they can then <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/web.uri.edu\/provost\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2152\/Accessing-Faculty-Interfolio-Packet.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" data-type=\"URL\" data-id=\"https:\/\/web.uri.edu\/provost\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2152\/Accessing-Faculty-Interfolio-Packet.pdf\">access their faculty member\u2019s sabbatical leave application packet<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Submission Deadlines<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>September 8 \u2013 All (non-departmentalized) faculty must submit their application to their Chair<\/li><li>September 15 \u2013 All Chairs must submit their review to their Dean<\/li><li>October 15 \u2013 All Dean\u2019s must submit their review to the Sabbatical Review Committee<\/li><li>November 15 \u2013 Committee must submit their reviews to the Provost\u2019s Office<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Responsibilities of Chairs, Deans, and Committees<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Please upload a letter (can be Word document) directly to the appropriate section (Chair\u2019s upload to Chair Evaluation, Dean\u2019s upload to Dean Evaluation).
