There were majors who were active on campus and participated in groups such as iSTAND.\u00a0 Some majors were active in Greek life, and others participated in\u00a0Diversifying Individuals Via Education (D.I.V.E),\u00a0Rhode Island and Powerful,\u00a0Independent, Notoriously, Knowledgeable\u00a0(PINK) women.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left\">There were majors who were double majors or completed minors in Business, Communications, Human <a href=\"https:\/\/web.uri.edu\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/1261\/image1-1-e1526937707484.jpeg\" rel=\"lightbox[1870]\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-1891 alignright\" src=\"https:\/\/web.uri.edu\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/1261\/image1-1-e1526937707484-225x300.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"169\" height=\"225\" srcset=\"https:\/\/web.uri.edu\/public-health\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/1261\/image1-1-e1526937707484-225x300.jpeg 225w, https:\/\/web.uri.edu\/public-health\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/1261\/image1-1-e1526937707484-768x1024.jpeg 768w, https:\/\/web.uri.edu\/public-health\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/1261\/image1-1-e1526937707484-113x150.jpeg 113w, https:\/\/web.uri.edu\/public-health\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/1261\/image1-1-e1526937707484-60x80.jpeg 60w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 169px) 100vw, 169px\" \/><\/a>Development, and Family Studies,\u00a0and Psychology.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left\">Our\u00a0<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-1969 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/web.uri.edu\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/1261\/5581E83F-253F-4B07-B6CD-3F500E91626B-e1526953881620-225x300.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"181\" height=\"241\" srcset=\"https:\/\/web.uri.edu\/public-health\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/1261\/5581E83F-253F-4B07-B6CD-3F500E91626B-e1526953881620-225x300.jpeg 225w, https:\/\/web.uri.edu\/public-health\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/1261\/5581E83F-253F-4B07-B6CD-3F500E91626B-e1526953881620-768x1024.jpeg 768w, https:\/\/web.uri.edu\/public-health\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/1261\/5581E83F-253F-4B07-B6CD-3F500E91626B-e1526953881620-113x150.jpeg 113w, https:\/\/web.uri.edu\/public-health\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/1261\/5581E83F-253F-4B07-B6CD-3F500E91626B-e1526953881620-60x80.jpeg 60w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 181px) 100vw, 181px\" \/>graduates included mothers and fathers who worked hard for their families and\u00a0brothers and sisters who served as role models. Some majors worked as teaching assistants, research assistants, and other jobs across the campus.
