  2. How have you applied the Servant Leadership Model (Greenleaf, 1977)<\/a> to your practice of leadership in a way that develops other leaders and encourages others to serve?<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Please provide concrete examples of how you have utilized each of the Te<\/a>n<\/a> Characteristics of a Servant Leader (Spears, 2010)<\/a> in practice including: listening, empathy, healing, awareness, persuasion, conceptualization, foresight, stewardship, commitment to the growth of the people, and building community.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
