All eTranscript transactions through Parchment are subject to a processing fee. Please be sure to upload any attachments required by the recipient during the ordering process. These attachments will be sent directly to the recipient and will not be reviewed or completed by URI. The University is unable to upload your attachment(s).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Transcript orders are non-refundable. It is the student\u2019s responsibility to ensure the correct recipient\u2019s email or destination is entered and that the recipient accepts electronic transcripts.<\/p>\n\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n

  1. Log in to e-Campus<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Click on the e_Campus Tile->Navigate to Self Service -> Academic Records -> Request Official Transcript.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Click Order Electronic Transcript or Check Status.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Follow the prompts. All major forms of payment are accepted.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    Verify Delivery<\/h1>\n\n

    Official electronic transcripts are delivered as a pdf file via email. Electronic transcripts are typically emailed within 24 hours of the request for students attending after 2003. For students attending before 2003, please allow 2 business days for processing.<\/p>\n\n<\/div><\/section>\n\n\n

    Follow the prompts on the Parchment URI site. Once logged in you will see the available credentials for you to select.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
