Students can track progress toward a degree and see remaining classes required by running an Academic Requirements report in e-Campus. Advisors can also run the report. Both students and advisors can also model a change of major.<\/p>\n\n\n

VIEW TRANSCRIPT<\/h1>\n\n

Academic advisors and advising faculty may view unofficial transcripts for students. There are multiple pathways to view a transcript. Your path will depend on access and personal preference. The Starfish product does not support viewing transcripts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

VIEW TRANSCRIPT THROUGH ADVISOR CENTER<\/h3>\n\n\n\n
  1. Log in to e-Campus<\/a><\/li>
  2. Navigate to Self Service -> Advisor Center -> My Advisees<\/li>
  3. Click \u201cView Student Details\u201d next to a student or<\/em> scroll to the bottom and click View Data for Other Students, enter student information and click Search<\/li>
  4. In the other academic drop-down menu, select Transcript view unofficial<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    5. Click the >> button to the right<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    6. Next to Report Type, select Unofficial Transcripts<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    7. Click the green go button
    Note<\/strong>: Transcript will open in a separate window so disable pop-up blockers<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    VIEW TRANSCRIPT THROUGH REQUEST TRANSCRIPT<\/h3>\n\n\n\n
    1. Log in to e-Campus<\/a><\/li>
    2. Navigate to Records and Enrollment -> Transcripts -> Request Transcript<\/li>
    3. Click Add a New Value tab<\/li>
    4. Complete as follows:
      Institution: URIPS
      Transcript Type: UNOFF<\/li>
    5. Click Transcript Request Detail tab<\/li>
    6. Enter a student\u2019s ID (Tip: to generate multiple transcripts at once, click the + to add a row for another student)<\/li>
    7. Click Process Request<\/li>
    8. Click View Report next to each student

      LIFT ADVISOR HOLD<\/h1>\n\n

      Academic advisors and advising faculty may lift advising holds (service indicators) for students.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      There are multiple pathways to lift a hold. Your path will depend on access and personal preference. The Starfish product does not support lifting holds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      LIFT SERVICE INDICATOR (HOLD) THROUGH ADVISOR CENTER<\/h3>\n\n\n\n
      1. Log in to e-Campus<\/a><\/li>
      2. Click Self Service -> Advisor Center -> My Advisees<\/li>
      3. Click \u201cView Student Details\u201d next to a student or<\/em> scroll to the bottom and click View Data for Other Students, enter student information and click Search<\/li>
      4. Click the general info tab <\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

        5. Click the hold you wish to remove (the below example is an advising hold)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        6. Click Release<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        7. Click OK to confirm. The hold is immediately lifted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        1. Log in to e-Campus<\/a><\/li>
        2. Click Campus Community -> Service Indicators (Student) -> Manage Service Indicators<\/li>
        3. Enter a student\u2019s information (Empl ID = Student ID) and click search<\/li>
        4. Click the hold you wish to remove (the below example is an advising hold)<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

          5. Click Release<\/p>\n\n\n\n
