e-Campus<\/a> provides a real-time view of your department\u2019s schedule. To view it:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Log in to\u00a0e-Campus<\/a>.<\/li>
  2. Navigate to Reporting Tools -> Query -> Query Viewer<\/li>
  3. In the box to the right of Query Name
    For a schedule with complete details, enter \u201cU_SSR_CLASS_SCHEDULE_FULL\u201d
    For a simplified schedule to prepare for\u00a0    IDEA <\/a>administration, enter \u201cU_SSR_CLASS_SCHEDULE_IDEA\u201d.<\/li>
  4. Click Search.<\/li>
  5. The query should appear. To run the report to the browser click HTML. To run the report to Excel, click Excel. If the query does not appear, please\u00a0complete the Security Access Request form<\/a> to gain access to the query.<\/li>
  6. A new window will open. If not, ensure your pop up blocker is disabled.<\/li>
  7. Click the magnifying glass to the right of the Term box.<\/li>
  8. Click the desired term.<\/li>
  9. Click OK.<\/li>
  10. Enter the subject code (e.g. \u201cMTH\u201d) in the Subject 1 box.<\/li>
  11. Optionally, add one or two additional subject codes in the Subject 2 and 3 boxes.<\/li>
  12. Click View Results.<\/li>
