of Research and Economic Development implemented Single Sign On (SSO)&nbsp;for&nbsp;login to the CITI Program using university credentials and integration of the CITI Program certifications with the&nbsp;InfoEd&nbsp;System for Grants Management.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n<a class=\"cl-button  block-level prominent\" href=\"https:\/\/www.citiprogram.org\/Secure\/Welcome.cfm?inst=912\" title=\"\">Access the CITI Program via SSO<\/a>\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"completing\">Completing Courses<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Available courses are listed on the landing page. Courses are classified as \u201cActive\u201d (i.e., in progress), \u201cCourses Ready to Begin,\u201d and \u201cCompleted Courses.\u201d&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Click the \u201cContinue Course\u201d button to continue a course that is currently in progress.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Click the \u201cStart Now\u201d button to begin a course.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Click the \u201cReview Course\u201d button to review the content of&nbsp;a completed&nbsp;course.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Courses&nbsp;generally take&nbsp;from 30 minutes \u2013 3 hours to complete. Courses need not be completed in one sitting.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>When you have completed all the required modules successfully, you will be able to save a copy of your completion certificate. Please&nbsp;retain&nbsp;a copy of the certificate for your records. You can also access your completion certificate by clicking the \u201cView \u2013 Print \u2013 Share Record\u201d button for any completed course.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Note: CITI course completions are integrated into the&nbsp;InfoEd&nbsp;system automatically, so you will not need to upload your completion certificates. CITI course completions are\u202f<strong>not\u202f<\/strong>integrated into IRBNet, so you will&nbsp;be required&nbsp;to upload your CITI completion certificate with every protocol&nbsp;submitted&nbsp;on IRBNet.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"adding\">Adding New Courses<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Enroll in a course by clicking the link in the table above.&nbsp;Alternatively, follow these instructions after logging in to your CITI account:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>At the bottom of the landing page under \u201cLearner Tools for University of Rhode Island\u201d click \u201cAdd a Course.\u201d On this page you will be presented with all the modules available through CITI.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Scroll through the questions and choose the modules that fit your specific needs. <br>Press \u201cSubmit\u201d when done selecting courses.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Note: Choosing a module does not mean&nbsp;you necessarily&nbsp;have&nbsp;to complete it. It will only make these modules available for completion.
