At the end of the program, students present their research at the Annual Rhode Island Summer Undergraduate Research Symposium.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Eligibility<\/strong>: <\/em>STAR opportunities are available in numerous laboratories at Bryant University, Providence College, Rhode Island College, Roger Williams University, and Salve Regina University. Only students enrolled at those institutions are eligible for the STAR program at those institutions.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>How to Apply<\/strong>: <\/em>To enroll in the program, students should contact a laboratory that they are interested in working with. If you don\u2019t know where to start, contact us at <a href=\"mailto:riinbresurf@uri.edu\">riinbresurf@uri.edu<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Important Dates<\/strong>: <\/em>The Annual STAR program will generally run from mid-May to the end of July.
