Using standard tissue slice methods, users can perform gene expression or gene-protein expression analyses on the same samples used for microscopy applications.&nbsp; When combined with single cell data from the Chromium X, users will be able to study gene expression at single cell resolution in a spatial context which can then be used to inform more advanced <em>in situ<\/em> spatial analyses.&nbsp;
