His successful research project was instrumental in the development of the collaborative research and curriculum development project between the DeBoef laboratory and the CCRI ChemTech program (see <strong>5.6.7<\/strong>).&nbsp; John transferred to URI (2013), participated in the SURF program (2015) again with Dr. DeBoef, and earned a B.S in Chemical Engineering (2017) with a 3.81\/4.0 GPA.
