The module was initially deployed on a cloud-based sandbox in November 2022 and additional content will be deployed through March 31, 2023.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Updates<\/h3>\n<div class=\"cl-tiles halves\">\n<div><div class=\"cl-wrapper cl-dcard-wrapper\"><a class=\"cl-dcard  \" href=\"https:\/\/web.uri.edu\/riinbre\/cloud-based-learning-supp-summer-2023\/\" title=\"\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/web.uri.edu\/riinbre\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/1497\/MIC-Supp1_URI-course-card-2-500x549-1.jpg\" srcset=\"\" alt=\"\"><div class=\"cl-dcard-text\"><h2>Summer 2023<\/h2><p>In July, the completed module, A Cloud-Based Learning Module for Biomarker Discovery, launched with 11 other educational modules as part of the new NIGMS Sandbox. The Sandbox modules cover a variety of topics in biomedical data science including RNA-seq, proteomics, single cell ATAC-seq, and more.
