Opportunities to explore science and research activities for high school students, although rare, can make a significant impact on the future career paths of young adults. <\/p>\n

As a SHORE Fellow, high school students will be paired with a researcher at Rhode Island College to contribute to innovative scientific rese<\/span>arch projects.<\/span> For 5 w<\/span>eeks, you\u2018ll spend 20 hours\/week working alongside your mentor to gain hands-on research experience, build skills, network, <\/span>and explore STEM op<\/span>portunities across RI<\/span>.<\/span><\/p>\n

Dates<\/strong>: Friday, June 26 to Friday, July 31<\/p>\n

Eligibility<\/strong>: High school students age 16+<\/p>\n

Fellows will receive a stipend upon program completion. <\/em><\/p>\n

Accepting applications until Saturday, April 18.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
