This two-day course, designed by the American Institute for Biological Sciences<\/strong><\/a>, will provide participants with the skills required to become effective members of scientific teams.<\/p>\n

Thursday, Feb. 21, and Friday, Feb. 22, 2019, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. (Times subject to change)<\/p>\n

University of Rhode Island-Kingston Campus (Building\/room TBA)<\/p>\n

Who can attend<\/h2>\n

This event is free and open to all. First priority will be given to RI C-AIM participants. Early career faculty, postdocs, graduate students, and research associates are highly encouraged. PIs interested in sending a team should contact RI C-AIM Project Administrator Sally J. Beauman<\/strong> at sbeauman@uri.edu<\/strong><\/a> to discuss availability. There is a 30-person limit for attendees of the workshop.<\/p>\n

Registrants are expected to attend both days of the workshop.<\/strong><\/p>\n
