With over 200 students eager to return and new ones waiting, they found the perfect permanent space in Pawtucket, but were denied financing due to low temporary enrollment numbers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>The Zabinskis turned to the Rhode Island Small Business Development Center (RISBDC), which helped them build forward-looking financials and connect with HarborOne Bank. With this support, they secured a $370,000 RI Commerce SSBCI loan, retained 20 jobs, and reopened at full capacity\u2014 continuing a proud family legacy in music education.
