Known for their impact on Rhode Island\u2019s restaurant and beverage community through The Dorrance, the Lesters returned to their hospitality roots with a deeply personal restaurant inspired by family, tradition, French-Qu\u00e9b\u00e9cois flavors, New England ingredients, and thoughtful service.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The RISBDC\u2019s Food Systems, Restaurant + Hospitality Business Counselor Maggie Longo supported the Lesters throughout the project, helping them move from concept to daily operations with guidance around regulatory requirements, licensing, hiring, menu development, costing, accounting, and overall business planning.
