Riding a growing tide of STEM awareness, the company has seen a rapid increase in demand for its professional development services and its curriculum that supports inclusion of engineering in K-12 classes. With a passion for bringing more creative and innovative students to STEM fields by \u201cexposing them to the promises and possibilities of engineering,\u201d ProjectEngin CEO Ann Kaiser reached out to the RISBDC two years ago for help creating a strong vision and solidifying her value proposition.<\/p>\n<p>While Kaiser brings an impressive background to her work &#8212; including 15 years each as an engineer and as a STEM educator, and a Fulbright research award for bringing engineering into science curricula &#8212; she knew when to enlist the experts on the business side. RISBDC business counselor Josh Daly has worked closely with Kaiser over the last two years, mapping out strategies for growth and building a strong network. \u201cEvery level of increased sales has led to new challenges and RISBDC has been an invaluable resource,\u201d said Kaiser.<\/p>\n<p>For her part, Daly says, \u201cAnn is a gifted and passionate educator, making STEM real for students, teachers, and administrators through creative projects and curricula and a hands-on, design-thinking approach.\u201d He appreciated his role helping her shape her passion and expertise into a viable business proposition.<\/p>\n<p>What\u2019s next for ProjectEngin?
