The SIS Lab Team Performance Group<\/em> seeks to enhance the performance of teams in various environments. Our studies strive to further understand the aspects that build high-performance teams based on communication, cohesion, and psychological factors (i.e., emotional intelligence, cognitive style, personality, environmental attitudes and behaviors). We utilize quantitative, qualitative, and mixed-methods approaches to explore structured frameworks that influence team performance, such as The Systems of Systems approach, and Fuzzy Cognitive Mapping. The Team Performance Group<\/em> aspires to untangle the inherently complex web of teaming to advance knowledge in an interdisciplinary world, where teams are becoming unavoidable and essential to achieving a sustainable world.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
