Despite the increasing adoption of generative artificial intelligence (GenAI) tools at the workplace, little is known about how employees&nbsp;view and use GenAI. We conducted a survey study of 700 US full-time employees to investigate how firms\u2019 communication about GenAI with their employees affects employees\u2019 GenAI-related anxiety and intentions to use GenAI at work.
