Dzierlenga\u2019s portfolio covers a variety of topics using basic and translational approaches focusing on the interplay between environmental exposures and the human microbiome in the development of toxicity and disease, and projects on marine toxicology.<\/p>\n<p>Esra Mutlu is a chemist and board-certified toxicologist. She is currently at the US EPA in a detail as a program coordinator for one of EPA\u2019s assessment products. She joined EPA as a \u2018Research Outreach and Communication Specialist\u2019 and has been serving as a translational scientist and technical point of contact for communicating EPA research and translating complex scientific topics for a range of audiences.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Wednesday, February 28th @ 11am via Zoom.
