n\/a<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Non-Committee:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> n\/a<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>DISCUSSION: <\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">TOPIC 1: Final Exam Rights<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">We are starting advertising for final exam rights earlier than done in past years because any changes made to the final exam schedule must be made at least 2 weeks before finals week begins<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">We want to do booths in the library on 11\/27, 11\/28, 12\/04, and 12\/05<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">We want to do one booth in the memorial union before thanksgiving on Monday 11\/19 from 1pm-4pm<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">TOPIC 2: affordable school supplies project<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Rosie is taking on this project<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Rosie asked Jackie Tisdale if we could work in conjunction with rhodython and store our school supplies with the food supplies they already have there and Jackie said there was no space left<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Dylan brought an idea of giving out raffle tickets for each school supply donated and the winner of the raffle will receive a gift basket from the URI &nbsp;Bookstore<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Rosie will ask Paul Whitney about storage for the donated items<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">TOPIC 3: Faculty Senate<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Faculty Senate meets this Thursday from 3pm-5pm in Beaupre<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Can anyone make that meeting???<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">TOPIC 4: Senate Photos<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">We will be taking senate photos and committee photos tomorrow, Wednesday, after general senate meets<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Dress nicely everyone<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">TOPIC 5: Next Semester\u2019s Meeting Time<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Next semester we will be meeting on Thursdays from 5pm-6pm in Memorial Union room 314<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Extra:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">We are still in the process of confirming academic liaisons <\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The OMBUDs will be coming to the general senate in public forum by the end of November<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Menard motions to adjourn, Nelson seconds
