Musali, Rode, Schmuter,\u00a0Vitello, Walker<br \/>\n<strong>COMMITTEE DISCUSSION:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Discussed Advising Committee report from Faculty Senate:<\/li>\n<li>There is a lot of emphasis on advising for freshman. It would be nice to see more\u00a0advising issues addressed for upperclassmen too.<\/li>\n<li>The report recommends advising should be considered teaching for faculty instead of service because service is not rewarded as equitably as teaching.
