Rode: Architects coming back November 6th\u00a0with the final plan. Going from 130,000 square ft to 200,000\u00a0square feet. Union renovations Bill voting passes: 8-0-0. Safety and lighting walk went really well 33\u00a0people attended!! What were the strengths of it?<\/p>\n

Hetland: Groups and their routes were perfect, maybe make the groups smaller next time<\/p>\n

Rode: I\u2019ll think about it may work it may not, the master electrician is sending me his list of lights that\u00a0aren\u2019t out and I\u2019m sending out thank you cards soon. As far as broken blue lights, I\u2019ve addressed those\u00a0as \u201cimmediate action\u201d. I\u2019m thinking give out a few flashlights to people in each group. Also ask for the\u00a0number of the blue light to keep a numbered list of it. What can we improve on for next semester?\u00a0Because were totally do one in the spring.<\/p>\n

Yip: as far as paying for the repairs isn\u2019t that a liability for us if we don\u2019t pay for it?<\/p>\n

Pav: no it\u2019s on the university not senate, but wont the construction by east hall going to slow down the\u00a0response time if a blue Is pressed near Chaffee?<\/p>\n

Rode: we\u2019re doing a survey monkey for arming campus police, saying it\u2019s for students only it\u2019ll says what\u00a0your ID #, live on or off campus, do you want to arm campus police if so scale of 1-5, 5 being the\u00a0strongest. Vice president Dugan said we could use the master list service. Our goal is 3,000 responses.<\/p>\n

Cody: talked to Dugan about the \u201crun hide fight\u201d thing their making a video for it but their distribution for it
\nis very poor.<\/p>\n

Rode: litter is an issue on campus and It\u2019s not a lack of trashcans it\u2019s a lack of students not using them.<\/p>\n

MacAteer: the placement of the trashcans is off there are none in residential areas where they should be.<\/p>\n

Gonzalez: most of the things college students use cannot be recycled.<\/p>\n

Hetland: they have the \u201cwhat you can cannot recycle things\u201d<\/p>\n

Rode: got a weird email from the director of lands and grounds about litter on campus, addressed to
\n\u201cDiana\u201d but it\u2019s not sent to Diana I don\u2019t know, anyway it\u2019s saying that litter is an issue and that senate and
\nthe tour guides want to help with it. We should look into what other campus\u2019s do for their litter problem it\u2019ll
\nhelp us out with the start of this issue.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
