Speak about what MCC is planning, what\u00a0they\u2019re frustrated\/currently unhappy with. Basically if you want to understand\u00a0MCC and understand their plights. All about how much you put in, pivotal part\u00a0of our committee.<\/li>\n<li class=\"minutes_text\">Currently wants office space<\/li>\n<li class=\"minutes_text\">Promote awareness and bridging gap between MCC organizations\n<ul>\n<li class=\"minutes_text\">PINK Walk on the April 17th: Similar to Relay for Life (see attached\u00a0flier)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"minutes_text\">Ideas for new term:\n<ul>\n<li class=\"minutes_text\">Mandatory office hour at MCC event for all senators<\/li>\n<li class=\"minutes_text\">Liaison Committee between MCC and Senate?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"minutes_text\">Solomon: Going to Diversity awards, creating relationship with Melvin (MCC), still\u00a0trying to meet with Annie (LGBTQ)<\/li>\n<li class=\"minutes_text\">Bathroom Policy\n<ul>\n<li class=\"minutes_text\">Change wording in student handbook to \u201cbathroom you most associate yourself\u00a0with\u201d<\/li>\n<li class=\"minutes_text\">Sim: The bathroom policy is currently unclear about who can go to what\u00a0bathroom resulting in issues for people who identify with the opposite sex or\u00a0gender.<\/li>\n<li class=\"minutes_text\">Other options: unisex bathrooms<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"minutes_text\">Ace of Cakes\n<ul>\n<li class=\"minutes_text\">How to make the event bigger?<\/li>\n<li class=\"minutes_text\">Issues\/ Things to Change:\n<ul>\n<li class=\"minutes_text\">No groups by speakers<\/li>\n<li class=\"minutes_text\">Musicians Guild should be there to run their equipment<\/li>\n<li class=\"minutes_text\">Change location to ballroom<\/li>\n<li class=\"minutes_text\">Should the event generate money for our committee or support a cause?\u00a0(Money jars to vote for a cake or only give back half of the deposit?)<\/li>\n<li class=\"minutes_text\">Change rubric (Should portability be a part of it?)<\/li>\n<li class=\"minutes_text\">Keep Nonni, but less judges<\/li>\n<li class=\"minutes_text\">How to notify judges when groups are finished?<\/li>\n<li class=\"minutes_text\">More candy (m&amp;ms) and food coloring<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"minutes_text\">Therapy Dogs: April 29, 2013 11-2 approx.\n<ul>\n<li class=\"minutes_text\">Pen on the quad for approximately 3 hours, take donations<\/li>\n<li class=\"minutes_text\">Dogs can be brought in free of charge<\/li>\n<li class=\"minutes_text\">Must contact Lands and Ground, Risk management, security<\/li>\n<li class=\"minutes_text\">Poop Committee: Joey Maynard<\/li>\n<li class=\"minutes_text\">Advertise event as put on through senate, enlist their help\u00a0Potential Future Events<\/li>\n<li class=\"minutes_text\">Taste of URI- groups bring food to represent them\/ their cultures<\/li>\n<li class=\"minutes_text\">Dancing With the Stars<\/li>\n<li class=\"minutes_text\">Lip Dub: One shot music video, going throughout campus<\/li>\n<li class=\"minutes_text\">Giant Snow Globe in the winter, photo ops<\/li>\n<li class=\"minutes_text\">Lantern Fire: decorate lanterns to represent groups<\/li>\n<li class=\"minutes_text\">Maze on the Quad (Portable Walls, Could be bonding for University groups)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>***How will these promote diversity
