Also get\u00a0insurance papers for the dogs.<\/li>\n<li class=\"minutes_text\">Police will need to let the dispatch know and will need to know the\u00a0contact person<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"minutes_text\">Conboy: Mallilo said he can\u2019t give extra credit to his AVS classes for bringing\u00a0donations, but he will alert the department and spread the word<\/li>\n<li class=\"minutes_text\">Counseling Services:\n<ul>\n<li class=\"minutes_text\">Conboy: Probably will not be attending, still haven\u2019t officially met with\u00a0anyone<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"minutes_text\">Advertising:\n<ul>\n<li class=\"minutes_text\">Uy: Facebook page done, need to get the word out<\/li>\n<li class=\"minutes_text\">Solomon: Chalk around campus advertising<\/li>\n<li class=\"minutes_text\">Poster making on Friday at 7:30 in the senate office<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"minutes_text\">Other important info:\n<ul>\n<li class=\"minutes_text\">The event will be from 11am to 3pm on April 29, 2013<\/li>\n<li class=\"minutes_text\">The owners of the therapy dogs will bring the dogs and will park in the\u00a0visitors parking lot<\/li>\n<li class=\"minutes_text\">We will be accepting dog toys and monetary donations at the event<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"minutes_text\">Assignments:\n<ul>\n<li class=\"minutes_text\">Schaffert: Get in touch with EMS for risk management<\/li>\n<li class=\"minutes_text\">Lee: Contact police department<\/li>\n<li class=\"minutes_text\">Solomon: Talk to DOM and DOC to help advertise<\/li>\n<li class=\"minutes_text\">Sim: Make flyer<\/li>\n<li class=\"minutes_text\">Solomon and Uy: Meet with Annie on Friday about LGBTQ<\/li>\n<li class=\"minutes_text\">ENTIRE COMMITTEE:\n<ul>\n<li class=\"minutes_text\">Attend meeting on Friday at 7:30 pm to make posters advertising Rhody\u00a0Paws<\/li>\n<li class=\"minutes_text\">The day of and the day before the event, post on your Facebook about\u00a0the event.
