J\n<ul>\n<li>Maybe 3 Dollars from each senator?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>MCC Thanksgiving Dinner<\/li>\n<li>The MCC wants us to co-sponsor their thanksgiving dinner on the 19th; they\u2019re asking for $200.00<\/li>\n<li>Ace of Cakes<\/li>\n<li>We have the contingency grant!\n<ul>\n<li>For 30 cakes, 3 tubs of frosting = $238.14 \u2013 round<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>We might need to get sheet cakes (12X18) instead and a tub.<\/li>\n<li>$377.52 for 30 sheet cakes and 4 tubs<\/li>\n<li>Cancellation date: 48-72 hours before the event<\/li>\n<li>We should get toppings, candy and buy them in bulk (BJ\u2019s, Sam\u2019s Club, etc.): cups, ziploc bags, etc. \/ Supplies\n<ul>\n<li>The costs should not exceed $150 for the below items<\/li>\n<li>Skittles, M&amp;M, Sour Path Kids, Sprinkles or jimmies<\/li>\n<li>We need: bowls, knives, spoons, painter\u2019s sheet or tarp, rubber spatulas, rewards\/trophy, certificates, gloves, etc.<\/li>\n<li>We\u2019re going to allow the groups to get their own candy as well<\/li>\n<li>Shirts for Ace of Cakes next year?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Advertisements\n<ul>\n<li>Flyers (print) <b>Conboy <\/b>and online media (<b>Sim<\/b>)<\/li>\n<li>Facebook Bomb!
