WOOT!<\/li>\n<li>Sim: Met Melvin to talk about contact information; will be receiving the most up-to-date information possible. Melvin and Sim are attempting to organize the MC groups together.<\/li>\n<li>Cicero: In the talks with Plouffe to talk about housing.<\/li>\n<li>Housing:<\/li>\n<li>Rooming assignments and MC LCC?<\/li>\n<li>Research, etc. are still in works<\/li>\n<li>Homecoming:<\/li>\n<li>Candy apples<b> \u2013 St Pierre<\/b><\/li>\n<li>Stop and Shop trip, Friday, 26th, 1:30PM\n<ul>\n<li>Will split people up into groups to gather supplies, work on bulletin board, etc.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Bulletin Board: <b>Sim <\/b>(design the Student Senate bulletin board with Ace of Cakes)<\/li>\n<li>Shopping: <b>Pickard <\/b>(find a group, etc.)<\/li>\n<li>Will be making the candy apple on the 27th (homecoming) on football field at around 9:15PM\n<ul>\n<li>We\u2019re meeting at the Senate Office at 9AM<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Spirit of Giving<\/li>\n<li>Donation drive program<\/li>\n<li>Need a representative to go to those meetings\n<ul>\n<li>First meeting is at Thursday. 25th, at Noon<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Ace of Cakes<\/li>\n<li>Where groups get together and make a cake based on criteria. If they win, they get a prize. Objective is to promote unity.<\/li>\n<li>We need:\n<ul>\n<li>Flyers<b> &#8211; Sim\u00a0\u00a0 <\/b><\/li>\n<li>Booking for the room &#8211; <b>Sim<\/b><\/li>\n<li>Cakes donated (Dining services, etc.) &#8211; <b>Plante <\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>How are we getting them to come?\n<ul>\n<li>Tentative date is December 3rd, during President\u2019s meeting.
