They are requesting money for catering and decorations<\/li>\n<li>Coming back next week with accurate quotes<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Outing Club<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Requesting money for 300 punch passes for rock climbing<\/li>\n<li>Rock Spot is more beneficial to them than the new rock climbing gym on campus<\/li>\n<li>Last year successful with 200, but members of the club did not all get to take advantage of the passes because they were sold out<\/li>\n<li>Solution: manage the punch passes themselves and sell at meeting<\/li>\n<li>Punch passes are specifically for events<\/li>\n<li>Student Tax dollars are not to be used, with limited exceptions, for off campus events<\/li>\n<li>Coming back next week for further consideration<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The 5 Cent Cigar<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Requesting money to buy a special type of printer \u2013 $2,958<\/li>\n<li>They need 3 options for us to choose from because it\u2019s over $2,5000<\/li>\n<li>Printer is used to print advertisements daily. The most important use for the printer is that it\u2019s an all in one \u2013 scanner, copier and printer.<\/li>\n<li>Their current equipment is outdated and prints \u201cmuddy\u201d<\/li>\n<li>The \u201cmuddiness\u201d is from lack of proper care and hasn\u2019t been maintained in years<\/li>\n<li>They don\u2019t know how long they intend to keep the printer.
