\na. IFC returned money back to senate
\ni. $400 returned to Contingency
\n3. Surf Club \u2013 wanted to talk about the suspension of their
\na. Never showed up for their meeting scheduled last week
\n4. Accounts Clerk
\na. The candidate notified they got the position
\n5. Budgets
\na. Budgets are now open
\nb. As of Today \u2013 3 submissions
\n6. Inventory Tech
\na. Contacted\/Emailed every organization
\ni. Many said they didn\u2019t have any assets
\n1. Any item purchased by senate
\na. Not stuff that was meant for one specific event or disposables
\nb. Original thought was to inventory things about a certain value
\n2. It\u2019s difficult to inventory everything
\n3. It\u2019s to make sure things don\u2019t \u201cwalk away\u201d
\nii. Some groups weren\u2019t sure if they have any assets
\niii. Wanted to meet with the Cigar, Yearbook, Fencing, Sailing
\n1. Possibly inventorying Outing Club\u2019s stuff
\nb. Stewart: told the tech to do a transition materials binder
