Cold<\/p>\n<p>o\u00a0\u00a0 Weather<\/p>\n<p>o\u00a0\u00a0 Homecoming Timing<\/p>\n<p>o\u00a0\u00a0 They want to make it a Homecoming Event<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Monday is the last day of Homecoming<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>o\u00a0\u00a0 Sponsors may back out if moved to next semester\/year<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>This event could be moved to the Spring<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>o\u00a0\u00a0 The event could be an end of the year bringing the community together<\/p>\n<p>o\u00a0\u00a0 Murphy: \u201cI think it would be much more successful in the Spring\u201d<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Purpose would be better served in Early Fall<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Budgets can be kept open<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>More risky this year than last year<\/li>\n<li>This can be so much more if we wait<\/li>\n<li>If you\u2019re trying to bring varied groups in, does it make sense to put that much money into music that a lot of groups wouldn\u2019t necessarily like.<\/li>\n<li>Lots of Sponsors:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>o\u00a0\u00a0 Breakwater is paying 1k for T-Shirts<\/p>\n<p>o\u00a0\u00a0 Hurley $200 paying for the banner<\/p>\n<p>o\u00a0\u00a0 Anarchy, Orange Leaf, Jeep<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Voting on $11,000 2-2-0 Chair counts as 2 in a tie, Denied<\/li>\n<li>You can ask to get a 5 senator bill put on into the floor.<\/li>\n<li>30 minutes to go write a bill and get 5 senators to sponsor<\/li>\n<li>\u00be vote<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>GSA &#8211;
