THERE IS SELECTIVE MEMBERSHIP. You must apply with Jen Longa (advisor) in the Office of Civility. Currently there are 21 members. It started 2 years ago.<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/pages\/URI-Office-of-Civility\/263412470393308\">https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/pages\/URI-Office-of-Civility\/263412470393308<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>RECOMMENDATION: AFFILIATE WITH A RECOMMENDATION AS UNFUNDED<\/p>\n<p>Vote: ( 7 &#8211; 0 &#8211; 2 )<\/p>\n<p>They need to come March 5th<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>PINK<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>President and VP<\/li>\n<li>Meetings every Thursday<\/li>\n<li>Established in 2006<\/li>\n<li>Members: 75<\/li>\n<li>Adviser works out of the Women\u2019s Center<\/li>\n<li>Have membership dues<\/li>\n<li>Purpose \u2013 educate women at URI, do community service on campus, are a sisterhood<\/li>\n<li>Put on events for the entire campus<\/li>\n<li>Battle of the sexes \u2013 annual in November.<\/li>\n<li>Walk for a Cause<\/li>\n<li>Last day of class bash- end of each semester, food, activities, try to do it in Memorial Union, just come and hang out<\/li>\n<li>Unsung Heroine Awards \u2013 honor women who do a lot of work and not recognized. EVERYONE can be nominated and it open up to the campus<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0 Documentary Screenings<\/li>\n<li>Selective \u2013 CANNOT be exclusive on race and sexuality.
