\nPresident:
\n– Will be attending a legislative luncheon with the Chamber of Commerce
\n– Invited by President Dooley
\n– President Dooley will not be coming to Senate this semester
\n– Bruce will be giving a presentation about his plans of renovations in the upcoming weeks
\n– Senate photo is coming up next week so tell everyone to dress up
\n– The Academic Standards and Calendars Committee has made recommendation to the Faculty Senate
\n– Have President\u2019s Day be an optional makeup day- won\u2019t happen
\n– Every subsequent snow day will result in the removal of a reading day
\n– The two reading days this semester are on a Thursday and Friday
\n– Classes during Spring Break was talked about but not feasible.<\/p>\n
\nVP:
\n– Commencement Committee
\n– Have received no applications yet
\n– Looking for \u201cwell-known\u201d students to step forward
\n– Deadline is the 27th
\n– Working on Prom
\n– Absences have piled up on a few people so stress the importance of attending meetings
\n– Have switched a few people around for committees<\/p>\n

SOARC:
\n– Committee is meeting tomorrow for some recognitions
\n– Will be meeting next Wednesday to discuss stipends with three groups
\n– Will be inviting the groups to come at different times
\n– MUSIC is one of the groups that will be there
\n– Will be expecting a few things from the groups to be included in their By-Laws, such as mandatory office hours, etc.
\n– Want groups to do more campus wide activities<\/p>\n

Finance:
\n– Rain date on Thursday due to all the snow.
\n– Will be dealing with groups that haven\u2019t applied for budget<\/p>\n
\nTreasurer:
\n– Working with housing regarding the heating issue
\n– Most of the buildings are dealing with lack of heating
\n– State law says your room must be at least 68 degrees to be considered viable living conditions.
\n– These rooms have gotten as low as 50 degrees.<\/p>\n
\nExternal
\n– Need members for committee
\n– Meetings are Wednesday\u2019s at 5
\n– Plowing at Narragansett has been great<\/p>\n
\nCIO
\n– Working with the Alumni Chapter
\n– Sent out forms and waiting on feedback
\n– Want to combine Alumni with Senate for the barbecue
\n– Went to Emporium to get prices for future designs and we want to work with them now.
\n– Marketing plan
\n– Required to change to Senate Logo so working on a new design<\/p>\n
\nCampus:
\n– RhodyRama 2.0 is in the works for later on during the semester
\n– Working on establishing liaisons<\/p>\n
