We cannot assist in this matter. We differ them to their Dean.<\/li>\n<li>A third party submitted a complaint. At least the actual student complaints we cannot move forward.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>College Liaisons <\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>DORM S came to the meeting to heard our feedback on new poster\/flyer design.<\/li>\n<li>Deadline for flyer\/poster is the end of October.<\/li>\n<li>College Liaisons please give DORM a relevant picture.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Academic Calendar<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>The committee is considering making the Wednesday before Thanksgiving a holiday.<\/li>\n<li>Considering other factors that may affect the academic calendar like Veterans Day or Columbus Day will make this a reality.<\/li>\n<li>Chairwomen is looking to propose some ideas like after 4pm classes must be cancelled. Online classes perhaps optional.<\/li>\n<li>More ideas are needed to be proposed to Faculty Senate Exec<\/li>\n<li>Snow day\u2019s alternatives for spring need to be considered.
